Two church congregations invite you on a journey of Sabbath.
Do you need rest? A way to gain renewal, strength, and delight? We invite you to stop. The word Sabbath means stop (working), and it’s an ancient Jewish AND Christian practice for wellness.
Engage in Sabbath throughout Lent: February 22 through April 7th, with a series of events that:
- Reconnect to wholeness and renewal
- Ground ourselves in spiritual strength
- Spark and deepen friendships with others

Labyrinth
March 7 at 10 am or March 15 at 10 am
@LPC
Join Pastors Natalie and Diane Ford at Lincroft Presbyterian.
Walk into a peaceful room with a unique labyrinth, where the path is marked not by stones or a painted canvas, but by blue fabric chairs for this self-guided time of prayer and contemplation. As you walk the meandering path, you get closer to the center of the room as well as your heart. Take a breath and remain there in the Holy Presence. You then continue on the path which leads you out to the world again, bringing whatever gift or word you received to share.
